AS3 Corporate Group DATA PROTECTION POLICY

At AS3 we work with people – we help individuals in connection with job-related changes and always based on the individual’s situation.Therefore, we already have a strong focus on the protection of personal data and we are dedicated to taking care of your personal information.

The following Data Protection Policy describes how AS3 A/S as Corporate Group ("AS3" / "us / us / our") collects and processes your personal information when you are:

-       User of our websites

-       Customer

-       Job applicant

This policy does not concern employees or individuals in an AS3 process, as they receive our targeted Data Protection Policy through other media.

Privacy Protection

AS3 and all of the Corporate Group’s subsidiaries in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway are obligated to comply fully with all data protection laws and regulations applicable when controlling or processing any personal data (as defined under applicable law), including as applicable the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“General Data Protection Regulation”). 

We are continuously working with strict procedures and appropriate technical and organizational precautions to prevent any unauthorized access, modification, deletion or transfer of your personal data. The following organizational and technical measures have been implemented in general in the entire AS3 Corporate Group:

-       Data protection training and guidance of all staff and counsellors associated with AS3.

-       Limitation of access to personal data, allowing access only where necessary.

-       Data Processor agreements entered with suppliers handling personal data on behalf of AS3.

-       Antivirus and backup on all systems that process or store personal data.

-       Implementation of risk assessments and documentation of systems to ensure the security level of AS3’s processing of personal data.

What personal data do we process?

Collection of your personal data can take place through our websites, social media, at events you have signed up to, over the phone, through job applications and in our interaction with you as a client. 

Personal data we may collect from you as a user of our websites:

-       Contact details (such as name, phone number, email address, postal address)

Contact details are processed in cases where you fill out a contact form, sign up for events or newsletters. The information you provide in the contact form will be used to process your inquiry and stored for later use in case there will be any follow-up questions. We may transfer your personal data to subsidiaries in the AS3 Corporate Group, if this is necessary for processing your request. Your personal data will be stored for the period during which the request is processed and for a period of up to 6 months after we have completed the request.

When signing up for one of our newsletters, we use only the data you have provided to verify that you are the owner of the stated email address and would like to receive the newsletter; to prepare a mailing list; and to analyse the usage of our newsletter.

Your personal data may also be used in direct marketing, but only in cases where you consent to this (opt-in). If you give your explicit consent, you also have the right to withdraw it (opt-out). You can do this by sending us a message via dataprotection@as3.dk.

Information that can be collected automatically through your use of our websites:

-       User behaviour (such as pages visited, time of your visit, time spent on a website)

-       Operative system

-       Browser type

The above information is used to collect data about the use of our websites, so that we can offer an improved user experience and enhance our websites. The data is collected from the computer you are using and does not contain personal information that can be used to identify you as a person. Personal data we may collect from you as client: 

-       Contact details (such as name, phone number, email address, postal address)

-       Employer and position

Your personal contact details are processed if you use these in connection with signing up for events, answering your request or sending you newsletters. The information you provided in the contact form will be used to process the request and stored for later use in case of follow-up questions.

Your personal data may also be used in direct marketing, but only in cases where you consent to this (opt-in). If you give your explicit consent, you also have the right to withdraw it (opt-out). You can do this by sending us a message via dataprotection@as3.dk. We store your information as long as you are cooperating with AS3, or as long as you wish to receive our newsletters.  

Personal data we may collect from you as job applicant:

-       Contact details (such as name, phone number, email address, postal address)

-       Date of birth

-       Sex

-       Current job situation                    

-       Photo

-       CV and application (sent by you in connection with you applying for a job)

The data will only be collected, processed and used by AS3 to save and evaluate your application during the recruiting process. Information is stored until the specific recruitment is completed or after agreement with you (up to 6 months after receipt of your application).


Liability for disclosure of personal data

In the event that we disclose your personal data to a third-party, we have entered into a contract with those third-parties, limiting their access to and processing of your personal data in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation.

At the request of the local authorities we may be required to disclose personal information to comply with law enforcement requirements for National Security.

Your personal data are not transferred outside of EU/EEA.

Your rights as a registered

Right to correct your personal information
If you can demonstrate that the personal data we hold about you is not correct, you can request this data to be updated or otherwise corrected.

Right to be forgotten/have data deleted
You may request to be forgotten or to have personal data deleted at any time. However, this right is subject to any legal rights or obligations we may have to retain data.

Right to access data and to data portability
You have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you, and to ask to receive a copy of this data in a machine-readable format.
